Kate Conger, Character Limit: How Elon Musk Destroyed Twitter (Book Review)

The obvious observation about this book is that Musk is a CEO who has little impulse control and can't provide focus to optimize Twitter. He's not much of a software guy and has little experience with managing human communications. Sure, he can build cars and rockets, but can he build something that provides for safe communication that scales properly not only for technical load, but for the variety of usages of the system world-wide?

I think the deeper observation is that Twitter was always a mess. Jack Dorsey comes across almost has inept as Musk. There may be good reason why the FAANG acronym doesn't have a T.
